It’s amazing what you can get for your money these days. I recall importing the Japanese versions of these artbooks from Japan, and @ £39-99 they still shot out. Now we’ve got ART OF MY NEIGHBOUR TOTORO, KIKI’S DELIVERY SERVICE etc for half that price, in English, and here comes an even more lavish production complete with textured dust jacket, interview and annotations by Miyazaki himself. What exquisite bliss it is! Divided up into two sections (watercolour designwork for the manga; the same for the animation), it comes complete with detailed history notes as well.
